Invalid arguments!
generate_out_lists.php needs:
aut_num=YOUR_ASN
source_aut_num=PIPE_ASN
type=cisco_prefix_list|cisco_acl|raw

EG.
generate_out_lists.php?aut_num=65555&source_aut_num=9722&type=cisco_prefix_list

Would generate a list for a customer who's ASN is 65555 connected to 
our QLD IX (ASN 9722), and the list would be generated in a Cisco prefix list.
